How to take

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. Prolonged use is not recommended. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Abdominal pain, spasms, diarrhea, nausea, perianal irritation may occur, in which case a dose reduction is recommended. Not recommended in case of heart disease. Not recommended for intestinal obstruction and inflammatory diseases of the colon. Not recommended for biliary problems such as biliary obstruction and gallstones. Contraindicated in case of kidney failure. Avoid in cases of anxiety, insomnia and hypertension. Not recommended for use in hyperestrogenism syndromes due to its fennel content.
